How to Book Our 3-Pair Shoe Cleaning Promotion Package
1. Click on Laundry / Dry Cleaning, then select Pricing.
2. Click SHOES CLEANING, then add the 3 Pairs Shoe Cleaning Package.
3. Click BOOK NOW.
4. Enter your address using the postal code, add your unit number if applicable, then click Next.
5. Select your preferred pick-up and delivery schedule.
- First-time customers: Provide your contact details and verify your email address for notifications and bills.
- Existing customers: No action needed, as your contact information will appear automatically.
6. Click Next to choose your payment mode. For credit card payments, the amount will be deducted one day before service/delivery.
7. The displayed value is the minimum order amount. The actual amount will be confirmed after our specialists check your items (within 24–48 hours of collection).
8. If you have any special requests, leave them in the notes section.
9. After clicking Place Order, you will receive an order notification via email.
Additional Notes:
- This package uses machine wash, not handwash.
- Suitable for standard footwear like sneakers and sports shoes. Not applicable for leather, designer, or delicate materials.

1. Pre-existing damage, wear, or colour fading on shoes
2. Discolouration, deformation, or texture change due to material sensitivity or age
3. Damage to accessories, trims, soles, laces, or decorative parts
4. Stains or odours that remain after the cleaning process
5. Damage on delicate materials (e.g. fur, suede, synthetic leather) due to their sensitivity after cleaning
6. Damage resulting from items that have been re-cleaned by you or a third party
7. Loss or damage caused by natural wear and tear during the cleaning process
